Are you an Authorized Retailer for the Designers you sell online?
Yes we are! Bridal Warehouse is an Authorized Dealer for all the designers listed on our web site. We have a long-standing business relationship with each designer. You will receive the 'real' item from the designer not a cheaply made inferior quality knock off. Always make sure you are ordering from an Authorized Dealer.
How do I measure?

What is a Wear Date?
A wear date is simply that, the date you will wear the item you are ordering. We request this information to make sure your item will arrive before your wear date. If we determine we cannot meet your wear date, you will be notified, your credit card is not charged and your order is not processed.
When do I need to Order?
Most special order gowns or dresses take 8 to 16 weeks, a few designers take longer. Order in plenty of time to allow for fittings and alterations.
What is a Rush?
Many designers offer a 'rush delivery' on their gowns or dresses. For example if a designer's regular delivery is 12 to 14 weeks, they may offer a rush delivery that is 4 or 6 weeks. Rush deliveries are an add-on cost item. A rush delivery can only be requested at the time the order is placed. Not all designers offer a rush option.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is Free to anywhere in the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska will require a small shipping fee that will be automatically added to your total. We ship UPS ground. Other shipping including next day and overnight is available, at an extra cost. If special shipping is requested we will notify you of the additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to select international destinations. After you place your order you will be emailed the cost of shipping your order and you must approve the additional cost before your order is processed.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged ON ORDERS SHIPPED TO STATES WHERE WE HAVE PHYSICAL STORES.
KENTUCKY ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED 6%, TENNESSE ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED 9.25%, INDIANA ORDERES WILL BE CHARGED 7%.
These charges are applied to your order without prior notification.
Do you have actual stores?
Yes we do. Bridal Warehouse has one of the largest bridal/prom operations in the United States. We have stores in three states. See Locations Each of our locations has thousands of bridal gowns, hundreds of prom gowns, huge selection of MOB, flower girl and special occasion dresses. Each location also features a full service tuxedo store called Tuxedo Avenue.
Can I pick up my online order at one of your stores?
Our stores do not handle or process online orders. Orders are shipped out of our online order-processing center. We are sorry but we cannot send them to a store for pickup.
